The current allocation for the Shared Outcomes Fund (SOF) under SR20/21 (see chapters 8 and 9) is approx. 400 million (200 each). There are opportunities for bids to be submitted that could potentially cover costs incurred in the adoption/implementation of data standards, e.g. enabling greater data interoperability and reducing technical debt. [Spending Review 2020 - GOV.UK]
There are Provisional priority outcomes and metrics that implementation of the standard could help deliver. [https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/944491/Provisional_priority_outcomes_and_metrics.pdf]
If you require assistance preparing a bid under SOF (SR20/21), contact the relevant department titular of the budget and/or the Data Standards Authority or Central Digital & Data Office.
